Command Structure
The Prætorian Guard is an organized, military regiment. As such, there is a strict command structure in place. The regiment is divided into legions, with a single Primarch in command of a legion. Each Primarch is assisted by two Warmasters, with the main fighting body consisting of Centurions, Captians, Lieutenants, Sergeants, Corporals, and Privates.

Currently, the Prætorian Guard consists of a single legion, the Phoenix Legion, commanded by Primarch Daywin Zalhoen.

Prætor - Regiment leader
The Prætor is the Supreme Commander of all Prætorian Chapters and the Leader of the Prætorian Guard. He oversees all aspects of the regiment, and is ultimately responsible for the conduct and growth of all members, and the regiment in its entirety.

Primarch - Senior officer rank
A Primarch is the Commander of an entire Chapter of the Prætorian Guard. They can quickly and accurately size up any given situation, and order their troops skillfully in battle. Combat tactics, rallying speeches and diplomatic negotiations with other regiments of Order all fall under the duties of a Primarch. In addition, they must serve as a shining example of the honour and loyalty of the Prætorian Guard, helping their fellow soldiers and officers in completing their duties.

Warmaster - Junior officer rank
A Warmaster of the Prætorian Guard is a leader, first and formost. They are responsible for leading their fellow soldiers both on and off the battlefield. They also handle some of the administrative tasks of the regiment, such as managing supply lines and training drills. While all members of the Guard must abide by a certain standard of conduct, Warmasters are held to a higher standard. It is their duty to ensure that the men and women under their command are kept in top condition. They must work to resolve disputes between soldiers, and work diligently to ensure that every soldier is at their best. While a Captian is a skilled combatant, a Warmaster must also be a skilled leader. The primary duty of a Warmaster is to aid their Primarch in running a legion.
